Charity Golf Tournament Set for April
CBM National Board of Delegates are hosting its Annual Charity Golf Tournament to fund needed programs and initiatives that address disparities in underserved communities where CBM works. The tournament invites anyone to come out and play a round with Concerned Black Men to help them meet their goal of raising $15000. The tournament is scheduled for April 22, 2016 at Renditions Golf Course in Davidson, Maryland.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for the event, ranging from $15,000 to $150. Sponsors receive advertising throughout the tournament as well as special recognition at the award ceremony which directly follows the tournament. Individual tickets are $150 and special group rate pricing is available for foursomes until April 15th.
The event features nine holes of golf, a putting and driving contest, raffle and auction. The day will begin with a continental breakfast and conclude with a luncheon and awards ceremony where players will be awarded for their accomplishments on the course. Donors are welcomed regardless of whether they choose to play or participate in the putting contest.
Funding goes toward supporting special initiatives for at risk kids and underserved families. CBM seeks to provide guidance, support and encouragement to children, while stabilizing families, positioning them to lead healthy, productive lives. You can register today by clicking on the link below.
