Dr. Ivory Toldson a featured speaker at the Concerned Black Men National Mentoring Conference
Dr. Ivory Toldson, Editor in Chief, Journal of Negro Education and an assistant professor of counseling psychology at Howard University was a featured speaker at the Concerned Black Men National Mentoring Conference convened in Baltimore, MD during the dates of Oct. 30th through Nov. 1, 2008.
Dr. Toldson was a featured speaker at the Chairman's Luncheon event during the CBM National Mentoring Conference. Dr. Toldson presented an informative presentation highlighting the publication he authored entitled "Breaking Barriers: Plotting the Path to Academic Success for School Age African American Males" . Dr. Toldson is credited with numerous publications and research presentations in over 20 U.S. states, Puerto Rico, the Domincan Republic, Scotland and South Africa. CBM salutes Dr. Toldson for his continuous efforts to support our youth through research and education.
