Washington DC ---Concerned Black Men - National Organization (CBM) hosted it's 11th Annual Congressional Black Caucus Reception during the CBC Annual Legislative Conference convened September 26-29, 2007.  CBM was honored to host many esteemed guests which included members of the Congressional Black Caucus, City Council Members of the District of Columbia, city leaders and community stakeholders.
