The Concerned Black Men-National Staff will convene it's annual planning meeting at the Turf Valley Resort in Ellicott City, MD. The planning meeting will entail an organizational review of CBM National's "best practice programs", administrative and fiscal operations and strategy sessions designed to further assist CBM local chapters to enhance organizational capacity.
